Missing lab exercises from Exploring
Visual Basic 2005 and Exploring Visual C# 2005
If you are missing
the .pdf file describing the Introduction lab exercises for Exploring Visual
Basic 2005 or Exploring C# 2005 please download the applicable .zip file
below. File includes a .pdf file with lab exercise instructions and a .txt
file containing a SQL script.

Missing files in the AccessingData
folder of the ASP.NET Using Visual Basic .NET Course
AccessingData.exe (90 K)This file is required if you are missing
files in the AccessingData folder of the ASP.NET Using Visual Basic .NET
course files. Once you have downloaded the file, please follow these steps:
1. Delete your existing AccessingData folder found in the
ASPDotNETVB folder.
2. Place the AccessingData.exe file in your ASPDotNetVB
folder.
3. Double-click AccessingData.exe to extract the contents into your
ASPDotNETVB folder. |
| Receiving error, "Interface 'System.IDisposable.Dispose'
is not implemented by this class" in the "Data Access Layer" section (pages 5-12
& 5-13) of the Introduction to .NET training set.

Programming in Visual Basic .NET d*Learning to Run in ALE 1.1
VBNAPatch.exe (8.5 MB)This patch is
required if you downloaded and installed "Programming in Visual Basic .NET"
with ALE 1.0 and later upgraded to ALE 1.1. You will need to install VBNAPatch.exe before the course will run in ALE 1.1. View the

Update for Module 2, Topic 4 of
Programming in Visual Basic .NET d*Learning
VBNAT13B.exe (4.1 MB)
This updated media file is required if you experience problems with Module
2, Topic 4 of "Programming in Visual Basic .NET"
d*Learning. To update the media file, download VBNAT13B.exe to your computer
and double-click to install.
To extract the file, you will need to enter the first 7 characters
of the course license code for "Programming in Visual Basic .NET" (available
on your mydownloads page).
Enter the characters in uppercase; do not include spaces.
Once you have extracted VBNAT13B.wmv, navigate to your media folder and
replace your existing VBNAT13B.wmv file with the new one you downloaded. |
